The total Cost of the Retreat is $300.  If selected for the retreat, you will be invoiced via email for a deposit of $50 to retain your spot.  You may pay the rest of the amount of $250 at any point.  Final payment is due Monday of the week of the retreat.  If not received, your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list.  If you cannot attend, please notify the Director or Co-Director AT LEAST ten days before the retreat allowing someone on the waiting list to have the opportunity to attend.  No one will be added to the retreat within 10 days of beginning.

Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19 The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. 

 

Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist and the ACTS Core Team (hereafter "Cathedral") has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, Cathedral cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending a gathering in the Cathedral Hall could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19.
